At CleanEraKart, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.
- The return request is made within 2 days of receiving the product.
Note: Certain items, such as cleaning accessories (brooms, brushes, wipers) and liquid cleaning products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons unless they are damaged or defective.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@clickingkart.com with your Order Number, product details, and a clear photo/video showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup if the return is approved.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you can return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Products
- Products that have been used or tampered with.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
